Contact support

Your bakery data stays yours

Recipes, ingredients, production plans, wholesale orders, schedules, and inventory records belong to your business.

We do not sell your data

BakeIQ does not sell personal information or bakery operating data to advertisers or data brokers.

Trusted services help us run BakeIQ

We use providers for hosting, payments, email, maps, support, and AI-assisted tools when those features are enabled.

1. Information We Collect

BakeIQ collects information you provide directly, information created while your team uses the Service, and limited technical information collected automatically.

Account and organization information

This may include names, email addresses, business names, bakery locations, user roles, account preferences, subscription status, and support messages.

Bakery operating data

You may enter or upload recipes, ingredients, supplier records, purchase orders, production plans, inventory adjustments, wholesale customers, wholesale orders, invoices, delivery zones, delivery stops, staff schedules, timesheets, and other bakery records.

Imported and AI-assisted content

If you upload files, photos, documents, spreadsheets, or messages for import, extraction, cleanup, or help features, BakeIQ processes that content to provide the requested result. Some AI-assisted features may send the submitted content to a trusted processing provider.

Usage, device, and log information

We collect product usage events, browser and device details, IP address, pages visited, timestamps, error logs, and diagnostic information to keep BakeIQ reliable and secure.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. BakeIQ does not store full credit card numbers.

3. Sharing and Providers

We do not sell your personal information or bakery data. We share information only when needed to provide the Service, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law.

BakeIQ uses trusted service providers for hosting, databases, payments, email delivery, maps and address autocomplete, analytics or diagnostics, support, and AI-assisted import or help features. These providers may include services such as Vercel, Railway, Neon, Stripe, Google Maps or Places, email delivery providers, and AI/document-processing providers, depending on which BakeIQ features are used.

If you send supplier orders, customer portal invitations, invoices, or other messages through BakeIQ, the relevant recipient receives the information needed to complete that transaction.

4. Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, database security controls, organization-level data separation, monitoring, and provider security features where available.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a security incident that affects your information, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, respond, and notify affected parties where required.

We retain your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups. If you cancel, we generally retain account data for 90 days in case you reactivate, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

5. Cookies and Your Rights

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain sessions, remember preferences, and protect the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If optional analytics or support tools are used, they are used to understand product performance and support customers.

Depending on where you live, including Canada, the United States, the EU, or the UK, you may have rights to request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection related to your personal information. We will respond to applicable requests as required by law.
